Our scooter broke down at Disney World two hours into the park. I spent the next day attempting to get someone to come pick it up and or get me a new one. No return calls.
Three days later I rented another scooter to be delivered to the Port of Miami and it never arrived. You had the correct date and ship's name but wrong port. Fortunately a scooter was left of the ship from the previous sailing otherwise I would of been left on a 10 day cruise without a scooter to use.
I havent' heard from your company until now. I am now letting you know that if I don't receive a call and apology and compensation for unused rental days I will leave terrible reviews on social media. No one should have to go through what we did without hearing back from your company. I am giving you till April 1st to contact me at 208-755-4332.
