The rental was great… It was at the hotel when we arrived… The only problem was when I originally called to rent… The person I talked to said all of the places that she could check were closed as it was a Saturday… So she would call me right away Monday morning… I had not heard so I waited until after 12 noon and I called back in as I needed a scooter rental and didn’t want to get too late so I wouldn’t get one… when I called in, It was like they had never heard from me for this rental… But the person that answer the phone when I called in then helped me and got my rental
