The first time we used Scootaround, everything went fantastic! The 2nd time, there was an issue with the battery and the charge would run out after approximately 30 minutes of use. We notified personnel while on ship and nothing was done. We also made sure to notify someone as soon as we got off ship and were told 'sorry' and that was it. My disabled brother, who used the wheelchair, had an awful vacation because he was so severely limited on being able to get around. Very discouraging
