I was surprised to find Scootaround right out front of the long beach carnival cruise ship port of harbor. The staff was fast, friendly and easy to work with when renting a scooter. And if your wondering folks no I didn't have one on reserve. I'm not certain how that's going to play out for our next cruise later this year.
