The last time I rented from you was November 2022 in Miami it was a night mare.. you were not there at the port ....had to go on ship without a scooter... had to make go on ship without and was told one Would be delivered to my cabin....my daugHter when to customer service and argued with tHem until 11:00 pm....after;spending day walking I had a heart spell and had to rest in bed for a day..... but all the other times at cape Canveral I have loved the rental process.....thank you for caring....I think I should get one free rental for the trouble we when through......God Bless
