The experience was satisfactory except for the fact that the location did not open until the time the event opened which caused long lines in the heat. Also, only one person was handling the check-in.
It would have been much more expedient to have the location open 30 minutes before the event opening.
Most people who are renting these scooters are elderly or have difficulty getting around.
