Prior to my last rental, scoot around had excellent service. My last rental was a very bad experience. My scooter was not in my room when I arrived on the ship. When it did arrive, it barely worked a day. I contacted scoot around about the problem. We performed the recommended troubleshooting and the scooter worked for another day. After that, the scooter did not work at all. I made another call, but of course, the ship was sailing and could not help. The ship provided a temp rental with many conditions that were not acceptable.
