Appreciate that the scooter is in the cabin when we board the ship. But, we've had issues with the chargers. Fortunately, on our last cruise our cabin attendant was able to find us another charger to use. But, on a previous cruise we were not as lucky and the scooter couldn't be used. Had to resort to using a wheelchair. But in both instances you compensated us for our inconvience. That is why we continue to use Scoot Around.
