Pick up and drop off at the cruise terminal was seamless. The scooter, however, was a little rough on the edges. Part of it was coming off, and there was a definite scuffing sound as I tooled down the aisles (maybe something was rubbing again a tire?). The battery lasted, though, and I had no real mechanical problems with it. I just felt like it had been used and abused in the past.
