I have rented oxygen concentrators on two occasions from Scootaround. On both occasions, the equipment was in my stateroom when I arrived on the ship, and was in good working order. I am scheduled to receive a concentrator and backup for an upcoming cruise and I am confident that it will be in my room when I board. I think Scootaround provides an extremely valuable service to those of us who wish to travel and need supplemental oxygen.
