I was very happy with Scootaround and the power chair I had in January and February. When I ran into a problem because of the airline cancelation of flights.
The person I spoke with said that because of the problem they might be able to help if we cancel the power chair. But we chose not to cancel the rental of the chair o the Hawaiian trip which we had to cancel because of the airline cancelation of my flight 3 times.
It was because of the lady decisions we use you again and that the equipment was in very good condition.
