Customer service was very helpful and the scooter was ready and waiting in my cabin. It was very helpful after I figured out how to drive it. Unfortunately, when the cruise part of our vacation was over and we were transferring to the train for the land tour, the Holland America crew told me I had to get in a wheelchair for debarkation -- and then immediately misplaced my scooter. That was after we told them 3 or more times that it was supposed to be transferred to the train. We never saw it again. I reported it to Scoot Around and they refunded a proportionate amount of the rental, so kudos to them for good customer service.
