Easy pickup and drop off. Scooter worked well without any glitches. It's heavy and not easy to get into a standard or balcony cruise stateroom, but it was only put in the room once a day, so it wasn't a big hassle for us. Will rent from Scoot Around again when we cruise August 2023!
