I have rented numerous scooters for cruises and vacations. Everything has always been great up to the last rental on our Alaskan cruise. The scooter was not in the best shape. It did work fine, but in shabby condition. Also, there was an added charge for getting in one cruise port, and leaving in another. These stay onboard, so I don't agree with the extra charge. Overall, satisfied.
