While equipment was top notch like always, there was a frustrating mix up on my last rental. I was specifically told the scooter would be waiting for me outside the Carnival terminal there was no person or scooter there. When I called Scootaround it took forever for me to actually talk to a person (who was in Canada per the number) who kept putting me on hold and each time she would come back telling me I was in the wrong place, which I was not. I finally asked could they have delivered to my room she wasn’t sure, but after waiting for over and hour and a half I had to get on the ship, so I took the chance that I would have to sail without my scooter. Once I got to my room I did find the scooter there, which was a relief, but I had wasted close to 2 hours of my vacation, plus being frustrated and worried because the scooter was not where Scootaround advised it would be.
