The operation of the scooter was great, however I was disappointed in the condition in which it arrived. The scooter was very dusty and the floorboard was dirty. The seat was dusty too. I cleaned it myself before using it. I was also told that the scooter would easily fit in the stateroom. It didn’t. I left in the hall for the entire cruise. Please clean your equipment before renting to the next client.
