Easy pick up and drop off at the hotel. Great communication and they work with you regarding drop off and pick off times. The scooter was in great shape. It ran well and I got very far on one charge. We were at the MGM and went up the whole strip and back, on one charge. It never came close to dying. I’m very pleased with the scooters and service I received while I was in Vegas!
