The scooter seat leans backward and cannot be adjusted and the width adjustment on the left side is so tight my room attendant could not loosen the knob. The right side could be adjusted. You should ask clients if they need it wide and adjust it before delivery. The scooter worked great except for being very very uncomfortable.
