I rent a scooter once a month. NormallyI find it in my room when I arrive. This trip I went to Tampa and picked it up outside the ship which was fine. I was told the girl would be there to accept at Valet and I searched for her and askd several people what I should do with the scooter. No one seem to know. I was very nervous leaving it there with the key but had no choice. I think you need a better system.
