From my first call to returning my scooter, the service was excellent!! The staff, equipment and experience was perfect!. I was on my way to the ships port and received a call from scootaround to tell me they were waiting for me. I arrived at the port and I was greeted by a friendly helpfully woman. She walked me thru the process and I scooted on to the ship. Excellent service. I have another cruise coming up and I'm all ready for my next rental.
