order several different times, paid in advance, when i got to ship no scooter in room or on ship. tried to call scoot a round, unable to get thru, even purser tried so when i got home, i made contact but they said my complaint too late, so no $00 plus dollars lost to me. i have 4 trips upcoming, might have to get different supplyer if this is the way you treat customers who rent and i also bought scooter from you to.very disappointed in company
