We rented a power chair in Boston. It was a jazzy. Very poor quality. Pulled to the right. We couldn’t use it at all. We asked for a replacement, but they were not able to give us one. We turned it back in. Ended up pushing our adult son in his manual chair all over Boston. A small credit was given. Should have been for our full charge. We will only rent from local rentals from now on.
