I am in an electric wheelchair full time. However my chair is too heavy to be put in an airplane cargo hold. So when I went to Vegas I had to rent a different one. They delivered and picked it up right in my hotel lobby. They were on time both times and it was a very easy process. Will definitely be renting again on any future trips
