Firstly, the scooter was fantastic. Now the moan. We told the company we wouldn't be landing until after their last 3 hr time slot, so as far as they were concerned, we 'missed' collection. It was a nightmare to reorganise with them but after over an hour they agreed to redeliver the next day which wasn't much good because I needed it immediately. So we had to go the extra expense and hire one from the hotel for 24 hrs. The collection was a little easier I will say. But that little scooter really did a fab job for our holiday, I couldn't be without it
