It wasn't explained to me to pick up the scooter outside the terminal on arrival. Instead, I walked a very long distance, with my walker, and then was told the scooter was where I started. This was far harder than it should have been. The scooter was very helpful on the cruise but not on uneven, broken sidewalks in the various mid American ports.
