Scooter was great. Had to remove the armrests to get it into my cabin door on the cruise ship. I rented this 4 days before the cruise due to a medical condition and was not in a handicap room. I did have to watch my speed in the hall ways. It was a lot quicker than I was expecting. The charger did not work and the cruise ship was equipped to replace it. No delay. Over all Great Scooter.
