The same day I receive my scooter and road it onto the ship the scooter controller was not working. I had to wiggle the key several times to make it work. This happened the whole time of the cruise until the day before the ship was returning. I notified ScootAround before we left sail they said I would get another scooter but we sailed and I didn’t get a replacement. The day before my departure is when I noticed a scooter sitting in the corner and I asked the receptionist if belong to anyone and they said it didn’t. I received a partial refund for only one day I was supposed to receive much more and I haven’t heard any Thing about it since
