Loved, loved my experience. It was totally seamless. The chair was waiting inside the terminal for me fully charged for my arrival. I made the mistake of using another vendor for another cruise and l won't do that again. While the other vendor was cheaper, you get what you pay for; the chair had to be picked up outside the terminal and not inside like scoot around; so once l had gone through security l had to have someone wheel me back outside. I was lucky to find someone. The chair was not fully charged so l was not able to move around the ship; confined to cabin until charged. Never again.
