The process of reserving my scooter and pick up at the Big E was easy. The staff at the gate was friendly and the scooter provided me with the ability to see all I wanted to at the fair. I will be renting again when I go on a cruise later this year. I am also looking into renting when I visit NYC as well. The only thing I think they could do is offer a discount or coupon for your next rental as it does get expensive.
