During my last rental aboard the Carnival Venicia, first, the scooter was not waiting for me in my cabin. I had to go to the ship's customer service to request the scooter. The scooter would surge and started to wobble a little on the third day but still worked. I spoke with Carnival customer service and was told they did not have a replacement and to ride it as is.
