Scooter did not have backup noise beep and would turn off if when staying in one place for less than 2 minutes.wanted replacement but they did not have one,left scooter with them for one night,same condition when used the next day,equipment seemed old
Did not contact company,assumed on board people could handle it the rental price was so low I felt I got what I paid for
