Renting was easy, pick up was easy, return was easy, and the WHILL Ci was awesome! It has 4 speeds, easily did a tight 360, fit compactly in our statesroom, and traveled effortlessly over multiple surface types on our port excursions. I highly recommend Scoot Around and I highly recommend the WHILL Ci.
