I have been very pleased with the rentals from Scoot Around and the pickup and retunr process. I did encounter an issue on the last cruise with the scooter battery getting wet from the rains but luckily there was someone on board that was able to troubleshoot this for me and get us up and running later in the day, so the only thing I might suggest is to be able to have one extra scooter on board in case one breaks down.
