I purchased a scooter from this business for my son for Christmas. I was worried at first because the Tracking for delivery was all out of whack, I rang the transport company and they said after 4 days (But due to the Christmas period) that they had not even collected the scooter from Scooter Hut. I sent messages to Scooter Hut which was replied to by an overseas call centre which I was not happy with. this sent me into a spiral of doubt and wondering if I had been conned. But amazingly the scooter arrived. Now I can say to everyone thinking of buying a scooter, that this small business is okay and can be trusted. The transport company and their computer system...Yeah not so much. Okay the scooter itself is fantastic my son loves it. Thankyou.
