“Do not have your scooter serviced by Scooter Hut!
I took my scooter to Scooter Hut Balcatta to replace my tyres. When I got my scooter back I realised they did not reconnect my front brake. This is in itself a massive safety issue and not acceptable, but there were also some other issues.
I took my scooter in again over the weekend to have the brakes connected. The manager is aware of the situation and assured me it will be addressed urgently. When I called the store today the person I spoke with told me the scooter has been sent to another store for repair, and told me I can phone that store to get an update, telling me that "their systems are not connected so they can't give me a status update". So basically the Balcatta store cannot be bothered to phone the other store, and is again making their incompetence my problem.”

“The part came ok, but information to install is not available. After failing twice I had to take the scooter 400kms to Perth to get it sorted.

“I purchased the Cobo mantis, tanned light and it had issues. No one could help me until I boarded in the store eventually exchange the scooter for another. Furthermore, unfortunately the controller broke and have been unable to replace the controller which has left me with a $1700. Scooter I purchased in cash used for a few times now I have a scooter that’s unusable”

“I purchased the new Eglide hoverboard and had it for less than 24hrs before it had issues, Scotter Hut have been really good with the warranty thus far however I had asked for a direct replacement but they insisted on repairing the Hoverboard,
This has been disappointing as my family was heading away and wanted to use it on holidays but this couldn’t be achieved, it has now been 2 weeks and still no Hoverboard”
