Service online was great but Aus Post lost my parcel. Complaint lodged

I regret having purchased through Scooter Hut. It took two weeks for the courier to delivery, with limited information and updates on where the item was currently at. Then we discovered that there was no charger or changing cable in the box and it has taken another two weeks for this to finally be sent after speaking to three different people. The Boxing Day sale discount was not worth the trouble that we have experienced and in highsight I should have purchased a similar item closer to home.

Could you please send the serial number of your scooter through to info@scooterhut.com.au so that we can raise this with the supplier to better understand why this has happened, as it's not a normal instance! Really happy with the helmet. I was impressed at how quickly I received the postal package and the way it was wrapped up and protected. Terrific experience form my perspective. Thanks guys.

The staff provided good advice and had good knowledge on the products. For an entry level e-scooter it fits the intended use perfectly. Thanks would recommend the scooter hut to others.

I wandered in to the Marion store this morning with an idea of what I wanted. Thomas assisted me promptly, and helped me to get the right scooter - Apollo Air. He built it for me (and gave me a lesson on riding!), and I rode away happily in a short time. Such a beautiful ride! This is my first scooter, and I’ve only ridden a short way, but I am already totally in love! I’m so glad I came in store and spoke with someone rather than just purchase online, because I ended up with something better than I would have. :D

Very poor, over 3 weeks and still no product. Shipping company they use is a joke. Won’t be shopping here again

Hi Ashely, I'm so sorry to hear this. I've had a look into your order and can see that this is being delivered to regional WA. Due to the lithium battery in the scooter, they cannot travel via air freight. The ETA on the order was 06/12. I can see that this has arrived in WA. I have lodged an enquiry with the carrier for an update. Once I hear back from them, I will let you know via the email address that we have on file. Thanks, Tianna

Super happy with my purchase! I would have purchased my daughters e-scooter from you also but there were none in stock. The young man working on sunday at your Robina about 2 months ago was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly! Will definitely be back!

A little disappointing. Ordered my scooter 2 weeks ago and I've received no updates on the where-abouts yet. Accidentally ordered as delivery and called shortly after and they refused to switch it to click and collect. Warehouse said 'its already packed and set aside for delivery'. Ask for some compensation and they said I've used the $70 off discount when purchasing the scooter. As of now, my scooter is lost somewhere in transit as neither the courier or the company can locate where it is. 🤔
