Don't get the maintenance plan with Domestic and general it's a complete waste of money.
My boiler was out of action for weeks following a visit from there engineer,
I ended up having to get my own plumber to fix the problem.
Still waiting for the service certificate
If you get a cold call from Scottish power asking you to sign up to a service plan,don't do it.
