I joined Scottish Power in August after stupidly falling for the chat from the customer service advisor who caught me outside the supermarket.
I have submitted meter readings 5 times on the app, I have tried by phone but nobody ever answers!
Today I received a bill for £278
I managed to have a conservation on the web chat where i again gave readings and now they are saying I am in debt of £537 even though I have payed what they have billed me every month.
I am 5 months pregnant with my second child, I have a 2 yea old and my partner has just been made redundant due to the pandemic.
I have offered to pay £15 per month off the debt and they are trying to demand I pay £35.
