I have been trying to contact Scottish Power by phone for 7 days now. The answerphone says there is a long delay so suggests registering for a call back which I have done 4 times now. The first 3 times the callback rings 3 times only so if you don't reach your phone in time it cuts off and you lose the place. The 4th time I did answer in time but then had a lot of misjointed messages from recorded voices and then silence for 4 minutes even though the call was still connected, there was nobody there calling me back. Utterly pathetic and hopeless.
My complaint is that since having a "Smart meter" fitted in early 2020 my electricity consumption (KWH) has increased by more than 10 times the 2019 kwh total. Total ripoff.
