Disgraceful. Had bailiffs break my door down while I was on bed last year over previous owner's debt. I had contacted them over 30 times by email and even more times by phone to try to sign on with them.
Have just discovered now, 10 months after it was sorted out (I got a small goodwill payment as they admitted culpability) that they have again been charging me for a meter that they are aware has been defunct for years.
I had to go to the EHU before. Dreading this nightmare happening again
