Most horrid energy company to deal with if you have any sort of queries:
We closed our short lived dual energy account on 3rd Dec 2020 and our credit balance was due to be paid within 14 days as per their letter. It is Feb 2021 and have unsuccessfully spent hours on the phone trying to get through to request the refund. They also advertise you can request refund via website but that is not correct. There is no such link in my account and the balance is still awaited.
I would give them minus stars rating if that was possible.
