If I could leave a zero that would be better. We moved to Scottish Power in a previous house & had wonderful customer service and everything was great. Moved to our new house last year & that's when it all fell apart (never again will I use them). Their customer service has gone down hill & my first complaint was before COVID so that is a poor excuse. They failed to correct a meter reading I told them was incorrect & 13 months later £2500 later and numerous calls & the ombudsmen it's been dealt with & I'm not even sure that's right. If anyone else complains hold out as the compensation is rubbish & so is the customer service still.
