It is impossible to get this appallingly incompetent company to understand simple English. I have had an electricity meter since 2011. The serial number in the SP database is now wrong (I don't have three days to explain how or why...) I cannot therefore enter meter readings because the 'system' will not accept these readings as the meter number is wrong. Can I get the serial number changed? No, not a hope. Every Customer Service Adviser treats the issue as a new problem, goes off-line and is never heard of again. I have to repeat the process ad infinitum. They would have to work hard to reach the level of abysmal.
