Incompetence to a whole new level.
Years of trying to tell them I no longer own a property which they are still trying to bill me for nearly 5 years later.
Threats of court action, multiple debt agencies contacting me, all of which have accepted the proofs I have given them that I AM NOT the owner OR occupier of the property, yet Scottish Power fail to resolve this.
They have also attributed a default to my previously immaculate credit file for this energy account.
Anyone thinking about using Scottish Power
