I always wonder why customers give 1 star as feel it might be unfair and unjustified. However, until you experience such poor service, I understand why. Five members of staff over 2 hours don’t know the terms and conditions and can’t explain to customers their rationale for not conducting work covered by boiler insurance. A customer adviser should be able to find out and explain to customer why work was being refused despite the policy terms and conditions covering matter.
I strongly do not recommend Scottish Power boiler care/Domestic and General/City Technical Services.
