Continuous harassment over an account that is not mine. The account was closed a year ago and was up to date yet they now say, nearly a year later, that I owe them £65. They even admitted at one stage that it was an error on their part. They won’t even discuss the matter unless I pass their security yet they continue to call. 15 calls in as many days. I won’t play their game by answering their security questions as doing so is tantamount to admitting you are responsible for the account.
