Struggling to give one star.
Won an ombudsman ruling told then months ago they weren’t permitted to use my mobile number, but it’s still happening. Escalated my complaint to CEO/DIRECTORS office in September 2021, as of today 04/02/22 still no reply from that office. They respond to adverse reviews with platitudes.i only want to hear directly from ombudsman te or CEO’s office
