Awful company! Have nothing but stress with this shambles of a company. Opened a complaint and the complaint got closed without being investigated. They have took £100s out my bank out without much authorization and they can't find where thr payment or have any acknowledgement of where and why the money has been taken. I now have to hand in proof they have taken the un authorised payment for it to be investigated!! I would call that FRAUD.
