Scottish accused my 89 year old father of stealing gas. Debited over £4k from his account and ongoing complaint unresolved since 1st March. Cannot get through to complaint team. Overall SP are causing me his carer a huge amount of stress and wasting my time. I hope the FCA sees how you treat vulnerable customers and fines the heck out of SP.
