Dreadful company and I would not recommend them to anyone. Increased my direct debit despite being in credit by over £700. Tried to contact them but totally impossible. Phone is automatically cut off. Used online chat tool and gave up waiting after 2 hours. Noticed that they actually replied after 16 hours, as if I'm going to wait around for that.
Utterly useless company.
